(1) The subsidiary L.E. Capital Enterprise Co., Ltd. has formulated an

improvement plan to ask Shanghai Les Enfants Children Articles Co., Ltd. to

formulate a repayment plan, and the repayment is expected to be completed

before the fourth quarter of 2025.

(2) The Company has reported the implementation status of the improvement
