Audit Committee

The Audit Committee assists the Board in carrying out its financial oversight responsibilities and other duties as set forth in the Company Act, the Securities and Exchange Act, and other applicable laws and regulations. les enphants Audit Committee was established on June 22, 2017 and is comprised of all three independent directors. The Committee meets at least once every quarter. Please consult les enphants Annual Report for the number of meetings convened in any given year.

Compensation Committee

The Compensation Committee assists the Board in reviewing and evaluating les enphants compensation and welfare schemes for its directors and management team. Our Compensation Committee was established on November 17, 2011, and is comprised of all three independent directors. The Committee meets at least twice every year.
