Recently, Les Enphants’ Shanghai headquarters welcomed a group of special guests ----- A team of scholars from Harvard Business School for the project of “FIELD Global Immersion”, and they would have a one-week learning and communication activities at Les Enphants.
Harvard Business School is well known for educating leaders throughout the world of business. As a part of courses of MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Harvard Business School, the FIELD Global Immersion has selected 157 representative companies as FIELD Global Partnersfrom a wide range of companies in 13 countries around the world, who participate in the discussion of the topic----- innovative retail business with Harvard MBAscholars. With its outstanding achievements in the maternal and child industry (especially in the neonatal field), Les Enphantshas been selected as a global partner of this project.
This time, Harvard Business School sent a six-member academic group, all of which are elites in the industry. Among them are management consultants, technical consultants and financing analysts from top consulting firms around the world (BCG, Accenture Consulting), and well-known investment companies (Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch). They have a good understanding of the consumption habits of contemporary consumers and the international retail ecological market, and have rich practical experience.
It is reported that this Harvard Business School MBA academic group would also go deep into the stores in the East China area of Les Enphants, and communicate with the staff and consumers.They will conduct a more in-depth research on Les Enphants from an international perspective, and will submit a professional report after the investigation to provide professional opinions on the brand development, store image, online and offline retail management of Les Enphants.
